Distance Selling Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the seller, whose details are given below, and the customer ("Buyer") who purchases the service, within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Recipient Information
The buyer is the individual who makes a reservation and purchases services through gogoist.com.
Recipient information includes the name, surname, telephone number, and email address provided during the booking process.
2) SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of the VIP transfer service ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website gogoist.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding this transaction.
3) ESSENTIAL QUALITIES OF THE SERVICE
Service offered by the seller:
Airport transfer
Hotel/address transfer
Private chauffeured transportation services within and between cities.
The date, time, route, number of people, and total fee for the service are clearly displayed to the Buyer via the system before payment.
4) PRICE AND PAYMENT
The service fee is calculated by the system based on the selected route and distance.
Payment methods:
A) Online Payment (Via Website)
With credit card / debit card
Via SSL security infrastructure
Collected online
Credit card information is not stored by the Seller.
B) Payment at the Vehicle
The buyer can choose the "pay in the vehicle" option during booking.
In this case, the service fee will be collected in cash and/or other payment methods deemed appropriate by the Seller at the start of the transfer or during the performance of the service (according to the operational flow).
In the case of payment on arrival, the Seller reserves the right to claim damages incurred if the Buyer fails to complete the reservation (no-show) or acts in violation of the cancellation terms.
5) PERFORMANCE OF SERVICE
The transfer service is the one chosen by the Buyer:

Pickup and destination
It is carried out according to the information.
The vendor provides the necessary organization to ensure the service is delivered completely.
6) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts;
There is no right to cancel transportation and transfer services that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period.
Therefore, the Buyer acknowledges that they do not have the right to cancel the VIP transfer service, which is tied to the booking date.
7) CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
Cancellation and refund processes are governed by the Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy published on the website.
A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer time.
Cancellations made within the last 24 hours may not be refunded.
8) OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
Seller's Responsibilities
To provide the service at the specified date and time.
To provide a secure payment infrastructure.
Keeping recipient information confidential
Buyer's Obligations
Entering reservation information correctly
Be present at the designated time.
Accept the terms of service.
9) PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The recipient's personal data is processed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Disclosure Statement.
10) DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement:
Consumer Arbitration Boards
Consumer Courts
is authorized.
11) EFFECTIVE DATE
By making a reservation through gogoist.com, the buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If online payment is chosen, the contract enters into force electronically upon completion of the payment process.
