Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy governs the cancellation, modification, and refund processes for VIP Transfer reservations made through gogoist.com. The pick-up and arrival points, dates/times selected during reservation creation, and the total price calculated by the system constitute the basis of the service.
1) Quality of Service and Pricing
Pricing on gogoist.com is automatically generated based on distance (km) calculated using the Google Maps API and relevant service parameters, according to the pick-up and arrival locations selected by the user. Therefore, booking is a service that requires operational preparation and is planned for a specific date and time.
2) Free Cancellation
For cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation start time, the fee charged will be refunded in full.
3) Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time, no refunds will be given due to operational planning and vehicle/driver allocation requirements.
Note: Special circumstances (e.g., force majeure) may be considered; however, the decision to issue a refund rests solely with the Seller.
4) No-Show (Absence/Unreachability)
The reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given in the following cases:
The customer is not present at the appointed time,
The customer cannot be reached by phone/email,
The transfer could not be completed due to incorrect/incomplete information about the receiving point.
5) Reservation Change (Date/Time/Location)
Reservation change requests are evaluated subject to operational availability.
Change requests made up to 24 hours in advance will be implemented free of charge, wherever possible.
Changes made less than 24 hours in advance may incur additional charges or be rejected, as they could affect planning and distance.
Location Change and Price Difference
The fare will be recalculated if the pickup/departure location changes, as the distance in kilometers will also change.
If the new fee is higher than the old fee, the difference will be charged.
If the new fee is lower, a refund of the difference may be issued under appropriate conditions.
6) Cancellation by Seller
The Seller may cancel the reservation in cases such as vehicle breakdown, traffic/operational necessities, security or force majeure events.
In this case, to the Buyer:
The full amount will be refunded or
Alternative dates/times/vehicles can be suggested upon request.
7) Refund Period
Approved returns:
The payment is made through the same channel as the payment method used.
Depending on bank processes, refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days.
